Fat Embolism Syndrome presents with pulmonary (hypoxemia), neurological (delirium/coma) and cutaneuos (petechiae) manifestations.
Petechiae due to occlusion of dermal capillaries by fat globules is pathognomonic of Fat Embolism Syndrome.
