Thus, Sympthetic system helps to 'store' the urine and parasympayhetic helps to 'micturate'.

  • Purines
  • Serotonin
  • Acetyl choline (ACh)
  • Nor-adrenaline/ Adrenaline
  • Dopamine
  • Glutamic acid
  • Aspartic acid

 

Inhibitory neurotransmitters include Glycine, Histamine and GABA.

  • Tuberoinfundibular pathway
  • Nigrostriatal pathway
  • Mesocortical pathway
  • Mesolimbic pathway
