Transposition of great vessels on Ultrasonography

 Features of TGA:

1) Great vessels side-by side instead of criss-crossed.

2) Aorta arises from the RV(feature of aorta:arch,coronary aretery come off)).

3) Pulmonary artery arises from the LV(feature of PA:bifurcates).

4) Aorta is anterior to the pulmonary artery.
