imageAminoglycosides can cause foetal ear damage. Tetracyclines carry risk of pancreatitis, acute yellow atrophy of liver and kidney damage in mother and teeth and bone deformities in the offspring. Pencillins, many cephalosporins and erythromycin are safe.

This is incorrect. Metronidazole is the treatment of choice for bacterial vaginosis and trichomonas in pregnant women.

The other three are accurate - plus add Quinolones.

Erythromycin adm can increase the risk of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis wen given to neonates of 3 to 13 days of age
