 Thyroid ophthalmopathy in Grave's disease- Grades 0 to 6

  •  0 - No signs/symptoms
  •  1 - Only eye signs
  •  2 - Soft tissue involvement
  •  3 - Proptosis >22mm
  •  4 - Extraocular muscle involvement
  •  5 - Corneal involvement (ulcer)
  •  6 - Sight loss due to corneal/otic nerve involvement
