Signs: "NESTS"

  • Narrow pulse pressure
  • ESM (Ejection systolic murmur)
  • Thrusting apex beat
  • Signs of pulmonary venous congestion
  • Slow-rising carotid pulse

Symptoms: "PADS"

  • Pulmonary edema
  • Angina
  • Dyspnea (exertional)
  • Syncope (exertional)
