Triad of Gradenigo syndrome

  • Ear discharge
  • Abducens nerve palsy (causes diplopia)
  • Retro-orbital pain (due to 5th nerve involvement)

The triad of Gradenigo syndrome includes otorrhea, retroorbital pain and abducens nerve palsy.
