  • Asymptomatic lesion (Painless sores)
  • Buboes (Abscesses in the groin, rectum etc)
  • Chlamydia trachomatis (causative agent)
  • Doxycycline (drug of choice)
  • Esthiomene (ulcer of the vulva)
  • Frei's test is +ve
  • Groove's sign is seen
