  • Acute pulmonary edema, Ascites
  • Blood pressure fall (hypotension)
  • Cyanosis, Cardiac asthma, Cheyne-Stokes respiration, Cachexia, Cerebral symptoms
  • Dyspnoea
  • Edema, Effusion (pleural and pericardial)
  • Frequent urination at night
  • Gallop rhythm
  • Hepatomegaly
  • Inspiratory crepts
  • Jaundice, JVP increased and
  • Kidney related symptoms (low urinary sodium, protienuria, oliguria etc.)
