The triad of Gradenigo syndrome includes otorrhea, retroorbital pain and abducens nerve palsy.
Gradenigo syndrome, lateral sinus thrombosis and cavernous sinus thrombosis must be considered when patients present with ear discharge, headache, fever and lateral rectus palsy.
